"I checked in on November 5. The white duvet cover in my first room was visibly stained and dirty. I went straight to the front desk and reported it, and staff moved me to a second room. When I pulled back the covers there, the sheets were dirty too. I took photos. I was in each room for only about five minutes and never used either one. I told the front desk I couldn't stay and asked for a refund. Instead of fixing the problem, the hotel claimed I never reported it, even though they had already...

"Please list your pool as an outdoor, seasonal option. Didn't realize that when I booked it. Very large plan killer & disappointment. I accepted my responsibility for not researching deeper. However...... Your wi-fi not allowing apps to be uploaded to the room tv meant no movie as a back up plan for entertainment Not a fan of the minute cable options No pen & paper for notes Poor shower pressure A/C was weak Actually got stuck in the elevator for a minute, reopened the door & used the stairs...

"Clean and business friendly"

"Thank you to everyone who always go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, delightful and memorable as always. Thank you of course to the one and only Jasmine. Thank you for your warm greeting and always making sure I'm set during my stay while I'm away from home. Followed by Infiniti, Abriana, Ashley, Jay (house man) and of course Ms. Crystal You all are true meaning upscale hospitality. This will forever be my home away from home. Warm regards Christina C."

"Comfortable stay"

"Clean but not a 5 star Hotel, obviously. I have seen much, much worse for much higher rates. This place was quiet and chill. We weren't bothered by anyone and it was quiet. If staff reads this, I forgot to tell you. Room 103, the outlet for microwave and lamp stopped working. We just moved the microwave to the nightstand instead of complaining like most."

"Our room was clean and quiet. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful."

"Ample parking, good breakfast, and very comfortable rooms."
