"awesome stay overall. only thing i would say is the staff is not well informed on the swiss travel pass information. the boat that stops at the hotel is covered by swiss travel pass however on arrival the staff told us it’s not covered causing us inconvenience. "

This was noticed upon booking the hotel, but I didn’t think it would be needed at the end of May. A fan was provided, along with leaving window open at night provided some relief. "

"Good hotel, good location, and clean. The staff was super friendly upon check-in and helped answer any questions we had. The location is convenient, not too far from the train. There are restaurants associated with the hotel and attached but the food wasn't super great and it was pricey. "
