"Great location. Nice room but small."

"فندق رائع ومتكامل وقريب من كل شي "

"Budget hotel was a quick bus trip away from Lucerne station. Received free transport for travel within zone 10 after arriving so had to puchase bus ticket to get to hotel. Would of been nice if I was advised about this when I asked prior to travel about Reception staff Kemberly was amazing & gave us great information about our stay & Lucerne, she even personally brought up extra pillows to our room on our request. Only downside was bath towels were very small (more like hand towel size)."

"Nice place with good lake view"

"The view from the hotel was spectacular. Location was very convenient and accessible to almost everywhere. The front desk guy was also very helpful, gentleman and professional. I will definitely book this hotel again if I go back visit Lucerne."

The other 2 loft beds would only be accessible to children or young teens. The room had a table with 4 chairs, but only room to use 2 chairs. There was a kettle and glasses, tea and coffee were available in the laundry room. The laundry machines were accessed via an app. The cafe downstairs was open...

"員工親切，位置優良"

"Lovely, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with assortment of cheeses and a spacious, clean room. The only negative was the pillows. They were too soft and offered no head support. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect!"

"The hotel is located in a very convenient spot, close to the train station, piers, historical places, and a beautiful view of the Chapel Bridge. The staff were lovely. Hotel provided F&B voucher which could be redeemed for any drink or meal at the hotel restaurant; my breakfast was well covered by it. 😀"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again."

"The property is very unique and historic. It’s located very close to the center of town. It has a nice garden and breakfast available for purchase."
