Clean, cozy, beautiful, well located hotel! Above all, the hotel staff was super kind and helpful. They helped us immediately when we had issues finding the bus back to the airport, and solved our problem and our stress of missing our flight. For us that was service above expectations and we are so greatful. I will always recommend staying here!! Thank you!

We arrived early in the morning after traveling for roughly 24 hours. We were spent. The young man at the front desk on 3/20 did his best to get us a room quickly. We made ourselves at home on the comfy leather couches and took a snooze then we walked about downtown which was only a couple of blocks away. We had 2 stays at Rey Apartments. The first time we had room 105. Perfect. Ask for this room again. We flew to Greenland and then returned to Rey for our second stay. Rey is in a perfect location near restaurants, bus stops, shops and more. Great staff. Johanna, Alejandro and Marco were all wonderful and helpful. Love hotel halfway between the airport and downtown. The room itself was super comfy (with a lovely bathtub!) and the concierge was very helpful. Great location. Very comfortable. (Suggestion) Wish there was a broom in the apartment to sweep the floor after cooking and eating. Kids do spill crumbs on the floor. Getting down on knees to use the whisk broom was not fun after all the meals. And leaving it on the floor was not an option for me. There was no interaction with any staff. Did receive emails. I LOVED IT HERE! I am a single woman who travels alone, and my safety drives my decisions when I travel. Initially I regretted staying away from the city center, but after I figured out the logical bus system, I was grateful for being in a quiet area. My room was austere and clean. The kitchen was adequate. One thing I encourage the owners to invest in: a dresser or a shelf for guests to put their clothes. Four hangers is inadequate.
