"The Viking hotel is a very unique experience which is what we were looking for. Since we were 4 people in our party we stayed in one of their cottage rooms. Reminded me of girls camp from long ago. It had a loft with 2 single beds and a bunk bed plus single bed on the main floor with a bathroom on the main level. It was very clean as was the main hotel. Staff was very helpful in getting us taxi's and the morning buffet breakfast was very good. They had a resturant on site also that served outstanding food. They even had a couple that sang around the dining room. Very good option to the basic routine hotel experience. "

By chance, I came across Fisherman’s Village, and from the photos, I knew it was exactly where I wanted to stay. The view from my room was stunningly beautiful and peaceful, offering a perfect place to unwind. The property is great for walking around, allowing you to fully appreciate the scenery and weather. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I loved my two nights at Fisherman’s Village and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iceland. I will definitely stay there again if I return."
