"Great hotel option for families with kids that enjoy beaches and waterparks. Specialty restaurants are a must (but they only open at night). Buffet could be overwhelming sometimes due to so much variety (who knew), and had its hits and misses. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Be prepared to take long walks daily so you can also enjoy the waterparks and pools of its sibling hotels. The “cenotes” are a must. "Excellent."

"Beautiful beach view and the staff is amazing!"

"This stay was a lovely family weekend stay overall. The biggest issue for us was the buffet. "2nd time visiting, experience was really good only limited food options at the Martha's Market"

"The room was clean. The property was overall amazing! Everything you needed was on site. From the different popular jamaican foods to a bowling alley, a hookah lounge. The drinks were flowing. The beach was walking distance. 10/10 definitely recommend"

"Me and my husband stayed for his birthday! It was excellent. Staff was amazing! No complaints"

"The staff were my absolute favorite part of the trip. They were attentive and very personable."

The front acted as though it wasn't there fault because they didn't know the room was still in use or like it was a big deal. The next day my family arranged for my room to be decorated for a birthday surprise but when we walked in it was so disappointing. the only thing done were 2 balloons and a few rose petals and a bottle of champagne. I've stayed...

"The buffet and Steak house were the only places on the resort with good food. The ocean water was brown and dirty."

"Definitely will stay there again"
