"It was good except the service of the person assigned in reception area June 16 2019 in the morning. She looks disoriented and offensive to guest by giving incorrect information instead of checking details beforehand. "

"I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel but was able to enjoy the hospitality and helpfulness of the very lovely staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to get a taxi around the very elusive Tagatay mountains. The room was average but large and comfortable. Only negative comment is that the bathroom needs an upgrade with some stains on the floor and rusting/limescale of the shower head. "
