"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"The property was not cleaned thoroughly before we checked in. In the shower there was pubic hair on the floor and both the bedroom and living room had stains from probably a sugary beverage because this spots were sticky. And to be very honest, the welcome was not that friendly either.."

Holiday Inn Express Pattaya Central, an IHG Hotel

"This is the second time that I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Pattaya. For those who wish to experience Pattaya's famous night life, the Holiday Inn Express is an excellent hotel for the following reasons: 1. The rooms are bright, clean, very modern, spacious and very well equipped. Each room has a safe, small fridge and complimentary toiletries. The pictures of the rooms which are available online are very accurate. 2. The showers are large and self-contained. 3. The common areas are modern and spotlessly clean. 4. The Wi-Fi is excellent. 5. The rooms are cleaned and the sheets and towels are replaced each day. 6. The daily breakfast, which is served between 6-10 am, is excellent. 7. The staff are friendly and helpful. 8. There are onsite laundry facilities which are very reasonably priced. 9. LK Metro is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Walking street is a short ride away on a 10 bath bus. However, for those travellers who wish to go to bed early or who wish to be close to the beach, the Holiday Inn Express is probably not a good choice. "
