"My family and I finally had a vacation in 7 years, but the experience was THE WORST experience I ever had. The person that work at the kiosk are VERY rude! Honestly, I don't think some of them knows what they're doing or probably they don't like or happy with their job. They walking around holding ipad. When we asked, how long are we going to get our text, they keep saying couple of minutes, couple of minutes, and couple minutes turn into 2:15 hours.
