"Breakfast non existent"

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would say that the rooms need a refresh and some of the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the lamps were in pretty bad shape. We did enjoy falling asleep with the balcony door open listening to the literal babbling river 10 feet from the hotel. We stayed there specifically to have that experience and we really enjoyed that. A little room refresh and these would be amazing!"

"Very beautiful property. Great breakfast. No complaints"

"Was so spacious and cozy and the lakefront view was breathtaking. Pet friendly room was so nice for us as well."

"We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and all of the amenities made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was also excellent and convenient to everything we needed. Overall, a really nice experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Convenient location, extremely helpful and friendly staff at front desk and café. The room was comfortable and the added benefit of a balcony to relax upon was greatly appreciated. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub were also enjoyable. Definitely, we will always choose Comfort Suites Golden West when we are in the area."

"Location"

"Beautiful setting, fantastic breakfast (and dinner), and wonderfully accommodating hosts. John went above and beyond to help us find a trailhead. Highly recommend!"

"As good as it gets"

"This is a great historic hotel 2 miles from Georgetown. I had a beautiful Victorian Rose themed room (#2). Pay attention to check-in instructions as there is no staff. I have T-Mobile and the service was very poor. Download your instructions before you arrive."

"great atmosphere, family owned property and it showed. very clean and staff was very friendly!! We'll be back next year for our anniversary!! absolutely loved the owner and her family!!"

"Clean room. Very spacious. Shower head a little hard to use. Nice location"

"Love this old house. Beautiful. Bathroom door could use some oil… very squeaky. Bad when you get up two or three times in a night."

"Would love to stay here again!"

"This property is very nice. Fully remodeled from a turn-of-the-century home built in Georgetown. Jamie, the owner, was kind and courteous. Accommodations were perfect and clean, and her breakfast was yummy every day. We would highly recommend this location to others wanting a charming get away."
