"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"This hotel was centrally located and very convenient to the "Tube" for easy transport. The hotel was clean and the A/C worked very well (our preferenced). They also offer coffee, tea and an "hydration" area that offer empty bottles to refill with water 24/7! Rooms are not the biggest, but comfortable. Would stay here again!"

"Great stay, friendly staff. Rooms were recently updated and bed was comfortable. Quiet during the night. Reception was under renovation but elevators and temporary reception was still available. No construction noise that we could hear. Attached restaurant was convenient and good breakfast. Would stay here again. "
