"I think it is good to mention that the villa is located in a resort of villas. The place is very secure, clean and it is a real 4 stars. If you would like to spend real vacation in a quiet environment, this villa is the place to go. There is a good restaurant and 2 swimming pools in the resort. The villa is FULL equipped, very comfy, modern, clean, beautiful, well located and many more! I suggest to rent a car to be able to move easily and visit different places and beaches during your trip....

"This is a place to put your head down and that's about it. Small cottage that has many miles on it. Beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable. Blanket consisted of a sleeping bag. Showers backed up into the tub. Air conditioner leaked onto the living room floor. It rained hard while we were there. had some time where we could not go anywhere. TV is broken. Looks like the coax cable was yanked out of the back. Back window was broken with a piece of plastic and tape over it. One...

"Our family of 5 (ages 12, 14, 43, 45, and 71) stayed at Sandy Beach this past week. What a great place! It's even better than what you see in the pictures. There was plenty of room for all of us, and we had everything we needed. The views were outstanding, and the private beach access was great. We loved having use of the kayaks and used them every day. "Honestly the best vacation home I've ever booked. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with essentials, any kind of pots, pans, utensils, small cooking electronics you could need was there. They also had everything you would need for pool time, snorkeling, kayaking. Bug spray, coolers of all sizes available, sunscreen. It was so nice! Also CLEAN, I'm a cleaner by trade so this is something I naturally notice. The place was just so nice. Felt very private, perfect for our anniversary. Bed was comfy too! I had to check the brand to buy for myself. First aid kit was there. Towels, games. I hope to stay again. The host was great at communicating how to get there, what to do, and what to expect. He gave a lot of little info that became very useful for a smooth and comfortable stay. Recommended good things to do and places to eat. Highly highly highly recommend this host and property!"

"We had a great time and the view was gorgeous! We had 11 ladies and never felt cramped at all. This house was very spacious. There were a few minor wear and tear broken things in the house that I reported, and I feel confident they will repair these things. We loved the pool & pool view, and the small beach was beautiful, Getting down to the beach at the last step of the steps leading to the beach, could be a little hard for those with bad knees. We were able to comfortably float in the ocean 4 days of our stay. It was calm most days, like a pool, but a little rougher 2 of our days! This house is close to Pretty Molly Bay and the Tropic of Cancer beach which were also beautiful:) I will say we did not take the Kayaks out. We did not have men with us, so trying to get them down to the beach, and then back up to the house, would have been a heavy, awkward job for us to conquer! We hope to visit again one day to this place of paradise!"

"Wow! What a beautiful place!! We loved every moment. Easy check in and great communication In fact, they go above and beyond for you!! Jack and Kay were amazing. There isn’t anything negative we have to say!! Shipwreck had everything we needed. Coffee k-cups, filtered water, air conditioning, and all the kitchen utensils to kayaks!! Jack and Kay communicated very well and were responsive (within minutes). Kay, thank you so very much . You went above and beyond. We will be back and we will let others know about your place!! Until next time."
