"This was my second time at this facility and the service was much better than the first time. There were high school kids enjoying their graduation trip and their behaviour was on spot. I have to mention three employees in particular. Firstly, Jayden at check-in was delightful. Secondly, "G" the beach butler, kind, funny and attentive. "This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."

"Our stay at the Cove was excellent. Concierge staff, Fellesia and Antonio, we're absolutely the best at ensuring we had an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed that we were able to engage with local Bahamian and enjoyed food from nearby Oh Andres at the Fish Fry and Poop Deck restaurants. All the amenities available at the resort were lovely especially the lazy river, beach, and adult only pool area with a live DJ at the Cove. Favorite restaurants were Paranza and Frezca. "

"so the property was nice. the restaurant’s food was not good at all. the buffet food was good but the ladies had a nasty attitude and not welcoming. some of the staff were nice and some were very rude. the toilet barely flushed and the light in the room at night was not good. however i liked the place it was really nice and peaceful. "The views from the balcony and from the main bedroom are amazing. It is literally steps to one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. The location is great: just 10 minutes to the grocery store and to lots of nice restaurants. Paige and Charles were very kind and responsive."
