This is a wonderful place to stay in Brooksville. Very close to everything downtown and the sweetest couple owns it. The house and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We will definitely stay again.

Place was excellent for a getaway. Check in was easy and in a great location. A short walk to the beach without having to cross any streets. Surrounding places were peaceful and everyone was respectful. Location was also close to great breakfast and dinner/lunch businesses.

They called me personally right after I made my reservation to make sure I had everything I wanted and when I mentioned I wanted a different night they made it happen. When my grandma and I first came we were greeted when we went to check in with free drinks and then room service always ensured we had water. Property has free taxi rides that work on tips. Bikes, beach chairs, beach loungers, umbrella. I think the only thing I wish the hotel had would be more food options at 82 degrees restaurant other than that the staff was super friendly and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to our family and friends.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Checking in was a breeze. The kitchenette is perfect for cooking and just enough space for two people. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Very home-like feeling. The room was a very nice stroll away from Siesta Key beach which is so lovely. There is a heated pool which was very nice when it was windy outside. All in all, it is a great place to stay for a relaxing time. Small grocery, restaurant and bar all in walking distance.

Before booking read some of the reviews and was a bit scared, but the every single employee was very nice, courteous and friendly. The check-in was quick, we received our keys and were escorted to our room. We were told that if we need anything for the kitchen (plates, fork, knife, etc.), or anything else (more towel, pillow, blanket), to let the Front Desk know!!! Excellent hotel. Rooms are cleans and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is a must, a lot of different choices. Pool is awesome. They do offer transportation to the park which you have to reserve.

My stay was wonderful! The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always happy to answer any questions I had. I also loved that the rooms were not only clean and modern but thoughtfully equipped with a white noise machine, which made all the difference in getting a great night's sleep. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back!
