"Personal war freundlich. Doch das Hotel bräuchte dringend einen neuen Anstrich. Wir waren in einem warscheinlich ehemaligen Raucherzimmer untergebracht. Der Gestank war wirklich gar nicht schön. Kein Parkplatz vor Ort. "

"Wat een mooi park! Wel flink klimmen naar het huisje. Helaas waren de tussendoor weggetjes niet te belopen zo steil en gevaarlijk. Ruime cottage. Helaas erg harde bedden en geen oplossing voor vanuit de receptie. Verder alles aanwezig. Geweldige speelberg (Aventura), ook leuk voor de grotere kinderen. Nette leuke midget golf. Supermarkt in Medebach is dichtbij. Supermarkt op het park heeft best wat keuze. Zwembad buiten heeft een ligweide, heel fijn. De plaza was wel erg warm dus niet veel tijd...

"Leider wurde die anfängliche Begeisterung über eine vermeintlich sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung schnell getrübt. Bei der Buchung und auf der Buchungsbestätigung war für die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann recht schnippisch mitgeteilt, dass wir das ja gesehen hätten, wenn wir über das Hotel direkt...

And check you in no time I have to say this is a fantastic hotel for service & comfort but my ultimate reason for coming to the Premier Berlin is the location it is truly mezzmorizing all the restaurants and shopping stores and cafes all within 3 city blocks of the Premier Berlin hotel and that is in all directions and don't forget the Alexanderplatz commuter shuttle is but 3 blocks away too you are in the core of Berlin right here at the Premier Berlin hotel it has everything you want all right here"
