I booked this hotel based on reviews only. I went to Yelp and Expedia for reviews before I booked it. The room they gave me is quite spacious. The bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom, although the shampoo was not coming out of the bottle, when I messaged them if they could check it, they did within 30 minutes, also clean. Clean, spacious and quiet. Easy access to Greytown. Could pull car up to room which made for easy loading and unloading.

The BK motel in Petone was one of the best motels i have stayed in, the service was quick and effiecient the rooms were clean and of high stsndatds. I would reccomend this establishment to people who are wanting a private relaxing stay in Petone 5 Stars and more.

Great location right in city center near unique shops and restaurants. Very walkable. Room was spacious, bathroom was nice. Sweet additions like Halloween candy were unexpected treats. Very easy check-in.

This hotel had only opened three weeks earlier when I visited, but it was already operating smoothly.

Air conditioning worked perfectly. Room was immaculate and kitchen had all the utensils I needed.

What sets this hotel apart is the attention you get from the staff. When we checked in we were treated like VIPs, not in a gushy, fawning way but as if there was nothing more important at that moment than explaining things to us and trying to get us a dinner reservation. The room was immaculate and the bed was the most comfortable on our trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable. Communication with the front desk was great, we received multiple emails prior to our arrival with check in, property, and parking information. The property is located just a short walk from Cuba St. so there were tons of shopping and dining options located within walking distance. This property is located and attached to the Wellington International AirPort which is so convenient for early flights. The rooms are very spacious with an excellent range of bed and linens which are so comfortable.

The property charged me for parking when i stayed for 3 days which is not acceptable

Laundry and full kitchen in the apartment-style rooms were excellent. Sauna/spa/pool was a great addition.

Room was great with space and comfort. The trip from the car park to the room wasnt the easiest with three bags to take single handedly but it was managed. Room had great facilities including the washer dryer which was great. Kitchen and fridge was very useful and the bed was very comfortable.
