"Room had ants. Our room was literally a club lounge access room. Staff was nice. The bedsheets were replaced properly and room service was great. Breakfast at La Cascata was terrible. We had free breakfast meal from our package so we had to go but the cups were dirty, food was cold. Although the egg and the waffle chef was great. Plus there were fries and the juice was about to go bad. The first floor smells really bad and it is poorly regulated. The water was gone unlike the picture and there was construction going on. However, pool was great and the view was great as well. Overall a 3/5 due to sanitary issues and differences between the photos online and reality."
