"If it weren’t for the island having power issues due to the storm, I would have given this hotel 5 stars. Room was nice and clean. Our AC was nice and cold! And I had a beautiful ocean view! I don’t notice any laundry bags, but it’s ok. Everything else was nice. Was kind of bummed that breakfast was an additional fee. Location was perfect! Enjoyed walking the strip! Staff was very welcoming!"

Dusit Beach Resort Guam

"Was there for a nine day stay. House keeping regularly forgot to refill amenities. Had to call front desk almost daily for something. Men and women’s public restrooms had broken toilets. No sign of any repairs being done. Hotel staff performed outstanding during typhoon to ensure safety and as much support to customers as possible. Maybe hotel should consider opening dining area for dinner during contingencies. Walking to Dusit Thani for one dining source was limiting as it was at an expensive Thai restaurant. Hotel had limited parking which was used by staff and taxis. Taxis company had more cars in the garage than slots already reserved. Staff should use the large parking garage at the Dusit Thani next door. Though improvements could be made, overall a positive experience and the King Suite Front Beach is an outstanding room and great view. Definitely, worth staying there again."
