"Tudor Lodge is really delightful. The room was clean and well made up, with a very comfy bed. Claire and Steve are absolutely lovely hosts as well. The building is beautifully decorated throughout, and it’s clear there’s a real passion to give their guests a great stay and value for money. Breakfast was delightful too - so much choice! Absolutely recommend, I didn’t get the chance to explore the area much but I noticed how well situated the building is. Wonderful stay, will stay again!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was great value for money. Hotel was clean, the staff were superb, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was of great quality. Hotel slap bang in the middle of the town, so great position. Nothing at all to grumble about. Whilst we had no parking problems in May, it could be difficult to park at weekends and in peak season. There is a big car park 5 min walk away."

"This was a perfect little getaway, the cottage had everything we needed just remember to take own towels. The owner called us day before to remind us, great communication. Location fab we walked to local train station and then took train and ferry to Barmouth which was a lovely day out. The next day was cloudy so read through the information owner had kindly left and decided to visit the Magic lantern cinema which was great experience. The hot tub was definitely what attracted us to stay here...

"Very impressed with the property, well equipped and spotless. We are two old friends who meet up to have a holiday together each year in different parts of UK. This was perfect for us. Amazing stay in a stunning location.
"This was our first time in Wales and our first self catering holiday. Could not have picked a better place to stay. The cabana we stayed in was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 young kids). The location is ideal as it’s close to Porthmadog to pop to the supermarket, plus not too far from the nearby sites (including Mt Snowdon). The actual site/resort was stunning, great walks around the site including some nice trails in the woods and passing some beautiful waterfalls. Would recommend to anyone, especially those new to self catering. The bar/restaurant were right next to our cabana and we did have the buffet breakfast on our last morning which I could not fault, also having a nice bar as our doorstep was a nice treat. I would stay again if we were to return to this part of Wales. Finally, we didn’t see or need much of the staffs time but we every interaction was friendly and helpful. "
