"The whole suite was outstanding. Right from the sitting room, the bedroom suite, having a jacuzzi in thei room for me was the first experience. Then the bathroom with a regular shower, a steam bath,sauna. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and the big plus spoke english. I will definitely recommend thıs hotel to anyone that likes luxury. "

The swimming pool closed at 1750 instead of the advertised 2000 hours so we could even have a swim. There were no cleaning materials for the kitchen and the cutlery was filthy. Enough morning / just awful. "

"1. Bathroom is horrible experience. Shower tray leaked badly causing water leaked out like flooding. We nearly slipped and felt. When requesting for changing room, was told all rooms are similar.😒 2.providing the quilt without quilt cover. Seen obviously the yellow marks on quilt. 3. Heating wasn’t working. Whole night throughout freezing. 4.Whole family are aren’t happy for this trip "
