"All great"

"Best place to stay as we were catching an early flight. It is connected to the airport terminal 4. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we are flying through Heathrow airport."

"Upon arrivial our bedroom was not set up for an extra bed for my 6yo, even though we had booked for 3 people. I had made exactly the same booking 1 year earlier where a bed was provided and ready for us. It was already late and they organised for a bed to be sent to the room, but this did not arrive so I had to go back to reception after 20 minutes to ask again, which did arrive the second time. Location wise the hotel cant be beat for terminal 5 - but sadly on this occasion that is all it...

"I stayed just the one night at this property, the room was nice for a quick one night stopover although a mini fridge would have been nice. The queues to check in were long at 8pm on a Tuesday evening. Not enough staff in my opinion. The staff were helpful though. The breakfast was good and appreciated the fact it started at 5am as I had an early flight. Value for money. Would stay again."

"I asked for a hotel close to Heathrow Airport. This was 20 minutes on London Transport, and I had a heavy suitcase. The buses were frequent however. No safe in the room, but since I was only there one night this was not important. The hotel fit the bill for a one-night stay, and staff were very pleasant and helpful."

"Great location and a quick 10 minute walk to terminals. It’s actually in terminal 3 not 2-3 and the signage stops as you go up the ramps inside terminal 3. Staff was very helpful and told me about the 2nd floor complimentary library and coffee machine. A nice welcome after a long travel day. The room was small for the price and cold on arrival. It took an hour or two to get the temp right. An overhead light also came on and woke me at 3:00am and I don’t know why…."

"今回２回目の滞在ですが部屋の清掃等で清潔に保たれていました。ただシャワーの水圧が不足しているのか水の出が悪かったが全体的に満足出来た。"
