"The staff were tremendous breakfast was a real pleasure nothing was a problem for them and I’m a really fussy person they were all so friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble. "Smooth checkin. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great breakfast! Twin room suited our needs queen sized beds would have been better but beds were comfortable. 5th floor room quiet. Restaurant used 2 out of 4 nights and food was very good. Great location. Walkable to bus station. Would recommend for couples, family etc. "

"Nothing to dislike about the Norfolk Lodge hotel. Staff were pleasent. Rooms were good standard. A lot of food options including the Bar meu and the buffet style dinner. A lot of options at breakfast including a selection of meats. Overall an excellenr place to stay. Would highly recommend."
