"Spacious room, clean, shower over bath difficult for someone with mobility issues, No air conditioning made use of fan as it was very hot, staff friendly and attentive. Pool area clean, water was very cold. Local restaurants very good as was hotel restaurant. A lovely weekend."

"Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, very comfortable, good air con. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, nice pastries, hot food, fruit etc. Location is great, next to the beach, short walk from lots of restaurants etc. Checkout was noon, which meant we could go to the beach and return to shower and pack. Minor quibbles: could use some more power sockets in the room. Shower was a little tight (over the bath) but clean and plenty of hot water. We knew about the maintenance work, which did not affect our stay except it blocked the sea view from the restaurant & bar."

"I cannot fault anything with the hotel. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and polite. Special mention to Hope at reception who was excellent helping me when I needed help to re-print my boarding pass. The garden area was beautiful, plenty of seating and areas for children to play games, pool areas were very clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The only thing that could be improved, there was only entertainment on Friday night (we only stayed Thursday to Sunday)."

"Very well maintained hotel, met at the foyer for our bags, and helped with bags to the room, after an easy check in. Large room, with a separate bathroom, and all very clean. Exceptional beach viewing location, central to the bay. Staff all very helpful in all areas of the hotel. Clean indoor pool and Spa, with gym. Changing rooms clean and tidy. Dining was taken with the beach view, in a very smart dining room, or glazed terrace. Breakfast was very good, with a great wide ranging choice, of traditional or continental. We could not fault the hotel at all. We shall return !"

"Excellent location, walking distance to all main attractions in St Helier and yet quiet Room clean and bed was comfortable; good shower pressure and lovely Elemis toiletries Breakfast well organised and plenty of choice Air conditioning was a bonus in the warm weather we were there. Very satisfied overall thank you !"
