"The staff were absolutely excellent- friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was also very good - breakfast and dinner. Wide range of choices cooked and presented excellently. Would definitely stay again - highly recommended."

"Lovely large room with good TV, Tea/Coffee, Tub Chair and clean Shower Room. No AirCon but don't have at home and was able to manage room temperature as would at home keeping curtains/window closed when sun on side of building. Excellent blackout curtains. Quiet location and hotel had lovely atmosphere throughout. Good restaurant with extensive menu at reasonable prices, we ate in 3 of 5 nights. Breakfast was great with cold buffet of cereal, fruit, bread , pastries,drinks etc. and table service for hot food i.e. full english as you like, porridge or kippers but if they have they will endeavour! All staff were brilliant, only too willing go help and happy to engage in a quick chat even though they were very busy and worked really hard,,,they all seemed to enjoy working at the hotel and admitted such when asked. Lots of parking but can be tight when full, we had to park offsite 1 0f 5 nights when arriving back at 2030 but no big deal, but worth checking with reception on where they recommend if you feel this may occur. Super pool and Garden. Would return."

"Smooth check in by friendly informative staff . Hotel room was great , with a lovely harbour view . Sadly the hotel was having some external work done so there was a lot of scaffolding up around the building that slightly spoiled the experience. No hairdryer in room a little disappointing. Buffet breakfast superb choices . Waiting staff wonderful Evening meal delicious- sadly no view from restaurant due to scaffolding. Afternoon tea also excellent! All in all a wonderful stay ."

"Spotlessly clean hotel , the staff were super friendly and helpful , the amenities are excellent ideal for families and couples alike , the pool area was brilliant for kids and adults , a fully equipped gym on site too , our trip included an excellent buffet hot and cold breakfast which was great , plus the other food in the main restaurant the al a carte and American diner were also great and none of which was over priced , you can sign up for a hotel card on arrival and that will give you an extra 10% of all your food and drink , there is also a kids club and entertainment on every night run by some really excellent staff very entertaining, each evening there were different acts plus quizzes bingo and music , all in all an excellent choice for a break in Jersey when we re-visit the island we will be staying there"
