The room felt mediocre, featuring a non-working refrigerator, a damaged hairdryer, and a complete lack of hot water. The mattress was also quite firm, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. ​Most concerning was the lack of attention to allergy specifications for my pre-ordered breakfast, despite clear prior instructions. Between the service lapses and the loud mechanical noises coming from the bathroom pipes, I cannot recommend staying here until these maintenance and communication issues are addressed."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The sea view room was absolutely breath-taking, offering stunning vistas right from my balcony. The room was comfortably heated, ensuring a cozy atmosphere even on cooler nights. The amenities provided were nice, making my stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long sleepless journey. The security at the hotel was excellent, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. Parking nearby was very easy to access, adding to the overall convenience. The staff was absolutely brilliant - friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Although I didn't dine at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, the location offered easy access to the beach, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful Jersey coastline effortlessly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this 4*Star hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing seaside getaway with excellent service and great amenities."

"Outstanding hotel, and to my mind, the most pleasant hotel stay I can think of in the British isles. Being a 15-20min walk from the town centre it might be slightly out of the way for some (I chose it for that very reason). On the other hand, its location equips it with extensive grounds, a beautiful aspect and rooms, along with the best spa, gym and swimming pool facilities on the island. My own room was cosy and beautifully appointed, with a view overlooking the top of the city towards the harbour. One floor below, a statement staircase led to a fine restaurant and first-rate front desk, both with a knack for genial and understated hospitality. Five stars in every respect, and recommended without caveat. Thank you to the team and the managers for a reminder that stylish service never goes out of fashion."
