"Room was okay but the staff didn't have a clewabout the extra bed requested and booked for. And the extra bed provided was a mere plank with hard mattress and we ended up requesting an extra cushioning or a layer of a duvet to make it sleep able. Even that was not done when we came back and needed to call and request for the same again, which wasn't a great thing to do. "

"Staff was extremely friendly. The dining staff was very helpful, always smiling and attentive. The food was excellent with a wonderful lavish spread for breakfast. The front desk equipped my Mom with a wheelchair and were always available to help her with in and out of the taxi. All in all, an excellent experience!"
