"This is my third week in Tanzania. I have stayed in many different lodges and Airport Planet Lodge was by far the best. It is more expensive than many alternatives but definitely worth the extra, especially if you're looking for a bit of pampering after climbing Kili."

"The KIA was a rambling group of individual rooms, somewhat hard to navigate. The rooms were adequate, however the AC did not work. Luckily it was cool enough outside to open the windows. The airport is minutes away and the shuttle is easy to schedule. Had a nice pizza in the bar. The pool is good."

"Very nice staff."

"Phenomenal hotel to stay and wait for our Safari to start! Staff was wonderful and property is well kept."

"This hotel is like an oasis in the busy centre of Arusha town, next to the Clock Tower. It is a hotel dating back to the 1930's but the renovations would lead you to believe it was built in the past 5 years. The gardens are luscious with lots of vegetation. There is a pool and gym on site but had no time to check out either. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and knowledgable. "Very spa-like hotel. Beautiful rooms with a cottage like appearance.. The estate is so beautiful, you can take walks to admire the garden-like landscape. Dining room is beautiful also. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"It’s just amazing."

"The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is great."

"Booked a two bedroom Presidential suite and front desk put us in one bedroom without telling us in advance they were overbooked. The room we were in had issues. When the GM stopped at our table at breakfast we informed him of issues. He went out of his way to rectify the situation and treated us to dinner and a ride to the spa. All staff very attentive and polite. Food was very good."

"Modern hotel in central Moshi. Staff were amazing! My suitcase lock broke & I couldn’t open the outside of my suitcase & they came up with tools to save the day. At breakfast, they accommodated my vegan needs & the cook even made fresh sweet treats for me. They helped me get a safe taxi to my starting tour hotel. I picked a Kilimanjaro view room & was given a 7th floor one. It had fantastic windows which would have made for a spectacular view but the clouds kept Kili hidden for my stay....

"Close to Arusha airport. Good value for one night stay."
