We stayed for 2 nights in July. Anantya Serengeti was so well maintained and clean. The hotel was situated in a beautiful location, which encouraged animals to roam the grounds. The first night, we encountered two buffalos. The second night, a family of thirty over elephants walked infront of our room. The bedrooms were spaced out to give privacy. A beautiful white sandy beach and well maintained hotel is the core of this lush resort. Supported by a very friendly staff and competent management guarantees a great experience. Very friendly staff settled in a beautiful surrounding. Great pool, and everything is so clean. We felt really looked after. How ever, it said in various sites that there is a beach here, it is, maybe 25 sq meter in total, but with no acces to the sea, there is a very large ref.

Amazing service, and nice staff. It felt like a community and I was able to meet people from all around the world and we all started hanging out and doing activities together. I will definitely visit again.

The Stella Maris staff is the highlight of the facility. They immediately become family and treat you as such. The facility is very clean and very well kept. This is a lovely hotel with gorgeous landscaping on Lake Victoria. As an American who has traveled to Mwanza 10 times before, this is the only decent place to stay. It’s just 2 miles from the airport. Quiet, huge rooms, great food and a welcome respite from a day of long travel from the States.

My wife and I spent eight nights in August and enjoyed our stay at the resort.
