"I will start with the positives, the front of house staff are very friendly and polite.
Unfortunately, it goes down hill on most areas. My room was cold on arrival, very dusty,stains of carpet, mark's on walls and cobwebs in bedroom and bathroom. This was a executive room, God help me, I'd booked a standard. Very poor. I have emailed the general manager, I am waiting for a response. "
