Free parking was secure but there was only one fob for the electric gate - had to find a legal parking space outside hotel, go into hotel and get fob (several times had to wait in queue behind people checking in/out) get fob, walk back to car. "Wow! 10/10 By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly, great with children. Never have we felt so welcomed and looked after. From the moment we checked in we knew this was going to be a fantastic holiday. Room was lovely and clean, had everything you could ask for. Some of the best food we have had in an all inclusive.
