"Fab hotel, great customer service from Paula on the front desk. Had a hiccup with another front staff member who undone what Paula put in place correctly on our arrival. Loved our stay, this is our 3rd visit now. The new rooms look fab. Bathrooms small though and ours was not clean behind the bathroom door/floor. We will stay here again!"

"Everything was great, but I think my room was recently renovated and smelled of paint."

"The place was clean. The carpeting however was sticky from over use of chemicals. The carpet needs replaced. The mini restaurant had the nicest bar tender and awesome food. They made sure to accommodate my gluten free need. We don’t use the pool or gym but they nice looking."

"It’s a renovated motel."

"Wow, such a wonderful location love this place. The view here is stunning and such a lovely place to stay makes you feel like your in city but above it."

"Room was great service was amazing to the airport. Had room service ( pizza) was amazing, but expensive . It was very loud tho we could hear the people next to us And I tried to use the ice machine and it didn’t work also. But other than that great place to stay close to the airport and had a shuttle that was amazing."

"Room was a little dusty. maybe the air conditioner was the problem? everything else was great. 部屋が埃っぽかったです。 それ以外は素晴らしかったです。"

"The property is situated short distance from shopping malls and many restaurants. The staff and customer support is excellent. A shout out to the customer service team for their professionalism and courtesy."
