"Stayed here for a week during a concert at Sofi as it was easy access to the stadium and airport. The shuttle is handy. The lobby is beautiful and I was very impressed by it but the rest of the hotel was not as nice. I’m not an overly picky traveler but expect decent accommodation for the price. The room was ridiculously hot and humid no matter what temperature we set it at. The water from the shower didn’t ever stay in the shower, it sprayed everywhere no matter where you pointed the shower...

"There is no on site restaurant and the area also has limited restaurants in walking distance. There is an automatic 20% gratuity at the lounge and coffee shop and they ask for another tip on top of that. The staff contradict each other. We wanted to book a taxi ahead of time and was told don’t need to as there is always a taxi outside the hotel. When it came time to go a different person said too busy no taxi available and that we should not have believed the first employee. I was promised a...

"Everything was perfect. The room was incredibly clean and you could order dine in services - especially a pot of coffee in the morning, which not many hotels do these days. I really appreciate that! Also, I could call the front desk at any hour and someone would pick up and I could request fresh towels and other amenities if I was running low. Staff was excellent! 10 out of 10!"

"The hotel was surprisingly clean and fairly easy to navigate given the circular shape of the building. Valet was well-organized. Front desk staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaning crew was readily available and did an awesome job. The breakfast buffet could be better but the service was good. The views are fairly good but the noise of traffic on the 405, specially throughout the night is awful. Not much can be done about it, except move to a room facing the mountain, forget...

"We paid $600 something for one night for one room 2 queen bed, but no breakfast, even toilet was dirty and pretty sure didn't wash or sanitized toilet and bathroom area because I saw men hair around toilet led and dirty sink. Anyways, about the restaurant in the inn it wasn't good quality food (Mexican restaurant)! At least for paying over price room , the should have better services. Also far from main street but they have trolley."
