"Beautiful hotel. Room was amazing and spa was lovely after a day of walking. Downside was the room that we stayed in ran adjacent to the tram line and it sounded and felt like it was running through the room. Also the bar was small and lacked any atmosphere but was okay for a quick drink before hitting the city."

"Lovely hotel in a great location - close to all the sights but also quiet. Our room was clean, modern spacious and comfortable with nice little extras provided. It must be soundproofed too as we didnt hear a sound on the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold choices and the produce was good quality. There was free water, coffee, tea and sometimes cake available throughout the day. The staff were all lovely, cheery and professional. I couldn't fault the hotel. If I was to offer any constructive criticism, it would be to suggest changing toilet roll suppliers, it was a bit hard 😂 everything else was perfect "

"Hotel is situated just off the famous Ryneck Square which is part of the old town. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Transport links are good."
