We had an amazing stay here. I booked this place due to location and the previous reviews. We were delighted. The staff is amazingly friendly and efficient. The were decorated nicely and most importantly the bed was comfortable! We had a lunch and 2 breakfasts in the restaurant. The meals were not overpriced and were quite tasty. Without a doubt, we will stay here again if we are in DC.

Excellent location in the middle of DC. Hotel staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to accommodate the needs of an out of town couple!

Great quick trip to Old Town in this wonderful boutique hotel. The hotel is very inviting with lots of great spots to relax in. The bar was cozy with a fantastic bartender and fun cocktails. They had a live piano player on Saturday night. The rooms are small, but modern and comfortable. It’s a very easy walk down King Street to the waterfront. Just be aware there is no parking on site. You can street park or valet for $45/night. Highly recommend!

The staff were super friendly! I highly recommend Hotel Washington, and if I ever come back to Washington D.C. I’d definitely come back here!

Had such a lovely stay! It was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well!

Everything was terrific except for the flickering of the lights in the living room area when I was using my strobe lights during my photoshoot. I would come back over and over again.

This is a pre-civil war building that has been wonderfully restored and maintained. I really liked the 12 foot ceilings.

This is a great property with well designed rooms and amenities. The decor is very feminist-friendly so it may not be a good fit for MAGA folks, but I really loved it.

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was very comfortable. Housekeeping was right on point. The bar and restaurant located at the hotel is really very nice. We also used the gym which met our needs. This hotel is in a very nice part of town.

What an absolute dream of a hotel! They had NPR playing on the radio when I arrived, then later came by for turn down service, complete with classical music, a bottle of water, and chocolates. Divine!

My wife and I wanted to treat ourselves to a luxurious, adult hotel while staying in DC for our 50th wedding anniversary. Don't think we could have done better than Capella. Georgetown is a pleasure for diners. Public transportation -- the "Circulator", Metro, busses, and cabs -- are so convenient and inexpensive. 50 cents each for seniors to get to Union Station at the Capitol.
