This hotel was very clean. I reviewed a lot of hotels in the area. It took me awhile to find one with good reviews. I was very happy with this hotel. They had a good breakfast as well. Friendly staff.

Is a nice, clean hotel. The fridge also had a freezer which is great for keeping ice packs frozen! Many amenities. Slept very well! Breakfast was good. The staff at breakfast were very nice and friendly- especially the lady with light-up Christmas antlers on her head!! Would definitely stay again. The only negative was the $50 per fee, which I believe would’ve been for each day.

This place was great for our family. Nice country feel, clean, and great location. Best of all was the staff working there were so friendly and courteous. We will be staying there again next trip around the area.

New property as of September 2024. Very nice staff. Breakfast was a bit less than expected, mostly in comparison to other amenities, but I think they are working on it.

The area of the hotel is very beautiful and convenient to the airport and makl. The customer service at hotel was wonderful. The entire ambiance of the hotel is stunning from the lobby to the room. No complaints at all.

Absolutely no complaints about our stay. Allowed an early time to check in and a hour late check out. Quiet place right on the boardwalk far enough away from public parking that it wasn’t crowded. If there is any complaint it would be minimum parking to where the overflow parking gets completely full that we were lucky to even get a spot in there. I wouldn’t even call that a complaint, just find your spot and that’s that. Balcony was spacious for us to play card games late night with 6-8 people....

If you want a simple boutique hotel in the center of town with no frills, this is the hotel for you. Staff are most helpful and location is wonderful. Rooms are very small so count on reading in the lobby if you are looking for a comfy chair.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is refreshing, and I love the benches overlooking the waters and jetty from which you can view a lot of nature. There is always complimentary coffee and tea and apples available as well as filtered water. The best for me is that the property is on the Cross Island Trail so I can enjoy a walk/run or bike ride (you can rent bikes) to Terrapin Nature Park on the other side of Kent Island. This little gated community of cottages is amazing. It’s such a quiet little place with a nice clean pool and laundry access. The gm Brooks and super intendant Josh are very welcoming and super helpful. Also only 10 minute drive from boardwalk/ beach. Definitely recommend this place !!
