"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff made me feel very welcome. A special thank you to Mr Reda and Mr Saad for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. I really appreciate the room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The level of service was exceptional, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality."

"Just been here for 5 days, loved the hotel and its location in the medina, it’s right next to a taxi pick up point for any day trips which is extremely useful!! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Only a small thing that sort of went wrong not sure if it was usual or not but for about 2 days our electricity kept cutting out in our room every 20 mins or so which meant the air con would too. It came back on pretty quickly and this did get fixed but was quite annoying. Apart from that it was a lovely stay in a very pretty hotel. Would recommend ☺️"

"It’s a new establishment, very well maintained with excellent facilities in a quieter but upmarket part of the city . A taxi from the hotel to old city will cost you around 20-25 durhams ( £2 ) Beach front with 2 un heated swimming pool , not big but one of them is reasonable in size . Breakfast is excellent and worth every penny . We had once dinner at the international restaurant food was ok . We had steaks but it was ok . Wine was pricey , an average Moroccan wine you should expect to pay more than £40 . Daily nice music in the bar area .Service over all was excellent with a very helpful and welcoming staff . We had beach facing room at the pool level with terrace … out of the world was the view . Wi fi was fast and with excellent range . Room size was huge with very large toilets , got shower and toilet shower . Very comfortable bed . Room well lighted . Very effective fridge and good size TV . We were very impressed by the quality and care we have received . The only negative feed back was the two small bottles of drinking water you get every day ( 2 250 ml bottles ) . Shame for this luxury hotel and the lack of heated swimming pool in a province known of its regular high wind . Would be coming again ?? Definitely yes but not in winter or in the 2 edges of summer ( lack of heated swimming pool which I think it’s can be necessary )"

"An incredible hotel. Truly one of a kind. La Mamounia is on another level. The service is incredible, but what impressed me even more is the attention to detail everywhere you look. The rooms are beautifully decorated, every space feels special, and even just walking around the hotel and the gardens is an experience by itself. I used the gym, had dinner at Le Marocain, spent time exploring the property, and everything was consistently excellent. The staff makes you feel taken care of without being intrusive, and the level of detail in the design, the service, and the overall experience is really impressive. It’s not just a luxury hotel. It has character, history and a very strong sense of place. You really feel that you are in Marrakech. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had."

"Everything was great! Pools were nice, only thing is food is super repetitive and even if you paid for your buffet you’re not allowed to fill up your water bottle while it’s 40+ degrees out and I thought that was a bit bizarre. It’s just water."
