"Room was clean and staff was efficient. Our room was a bit dark (not enough lights and d lights). Decor of the hotel was OK. But good location near food and shopping. "

"Excellent! Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was fab…help yourself…plentiful and plenty of choice. Great location in a beautiful city. Only issue is that there were no opening windows in our room and the thermostat only went down to 20’C and no lower…so our nights were quite warm! That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. While my family is of short stature, we were able to stay here, but this room would not have functioned well for a tall person. "Nice hotel in a good area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were really nice, except for one of the ladies that was at the front desk one morning. We had paid for our breakfast the night before and she didn’t believe us, even though we were showing her the receipt. She was extremely rude about it. She finally said “just go”. Breakfast didn’t have a good variety. Other than the breakfast fiasco, our stay was good. "

"The location was great and the staff was friendly. What we didn't know was there was a carnival going on right in front of our hotel, and that took away the charm of the city. The reason I booked this hotel was for the location, but the carnival put a damper on our visit. The bathroom was a strange set up (you had to walk in the shower to get to the toilet). Regardless, it was a good hotel based on location."
