"This was a near-perfect stay. My room was spacious & modern, beautiful lake view, good elevator, heater worked, good wifi, quiet location, very close to pier. I really enjoyed my stay/room. My only complaint is there was no on-site staff available to assist, and only one staff member spoke English. (A second staff member also spoke some.)
