"Would stay again "

"Great stay, priced better than some of the other hotels. I liked the self parking lot for only $20 a day but they need more signs directing from self parking to the hotel lobby. We ended up carrying our stuff all thru the mall then the Casino and up and down elevators and escalators. It was hard to find the front of the hotel too. The only negative I can say about our room is the pillow cases sucked! We ended up putting a T shirt over them to sleep on. But the room was spacious and clean. I would stay there again. "

"Comfortable beds, easy access to strip. Don't let the elevator noises scare you, they work fine. But the food on the property is ridiculously priced. Depending on price I would stay here again."

"Clean enough room, but lacks amentities. Spa and area in construction, fitness room is literally next to the casino on the same floor. Really, other than a great pool area there is no amenities. The resort gees is totally unjustified. Many other fab options on the strip at this price point"

"The property was unique. The rooms were pretty clean. But elevators weren’t working sorry inclinations were not working in our area. So it was a very long wait only two were working. I just enjoy the history involved with the building but maintenance definitely needs to be improved. I give it a three out of five."

"An additional resort fee should have been discussed at check in not at check out after i have already paid. I do not appreciate being ambushed at checkout. Your hotel operator did not answer the phone period when I called. I am old with health issues and your front desk claiming i should have just called is no solution when no one picks up the phone. So claiming you would have taken care of me with a bell hop is also unacceptable when you don't pick up the phone. A 1 hour delay in getting to the front desk to check out because I am essentially stranded in skyrise section and cannot get an elevator down is also unacceptable. Stairs that do not go all the way down to level 2 is also unacceptable and a fire hazard. If you had stairs that went all the way to level 2 I was unable to find them because it was poorly marked. Fast check out with the QR code does not work on Apple or Android. Kiosk not working for checkout either. And finally when the clerk heard all this on checkout the attitude was give me your money and leave. I will not be back and I am very likely to air this on social media but I very much doubt you care."
