"Hotel and grounds have definitely not been updated in a very long time. The pics are probably from when the hotel opened and are not accurate at this time. Found someone’s night cap behind the bedside table and small ants in the room. Staff was very nice and had an enjoyable time in the bar area. Excellent seafood quesadillas!"

"Christmas Vacation 7 days. We had stayed at Palm Cay in 2018. The resort is very lovely, and the villa accommodated nine people. The location is on the southeast side of the island with less traffic. To be able to walk right out from the family room door to the beach and ocean was perfect. The communication with the owner of this unit/villa was a little troubling because we felt he had perhaps had a bad experience with previous guests. "The property is on the South, and more rural side of the island. It’s about a 30 minute drive from downtown or the big fancy resorts. It’s very secluded and quiet which was a big plus for me and my partner. The beachside cantina and kitchen opens up in the afternoon and serves delicious food, the service is great.
