"The location is very convenient, it’s located at the big shopping mall. The neighborhood is easy to walk, lots of food around. The complaints are the equipments in the hotel are not very convenient. The design inside is a bit weird, they don’t provide HK charger for you, for our room we only have one outlet that can charge our phone(I brought my own charge head) is far away at the table, not next to the bed. Ramada Grand Tsim Sha Tsui (Former Ramada Hong Kong Grand Tsim Sha Tsui)

"My wife and I stayed at the hotel for over ten days between mid-May and June. Overall, the experience was mixed. The hotel is a bit old, but the location is extremely convenient. During our stay, the Duty Manager Kenneth Lien was very professional, thoughtful, and attentive which truly impressed us. By the way, the housekeeping lady on the 25th floor was also very friendly and kept everything very clean. David/Eva"
