"Las atenciones y su buena ubicación"

"Shout out to the guy with the tattoos on his arms at the front desk, outstanding service. Apologies, I never got your name."

"The staff are incredible. The hotel is immaculate and provides such a perfect base for your NY holiday."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Felt safe, staff was very helpful"

"Room was SMALL, old... bathroom outdated... elevators were small, dark, dirty, badly needing upgrade."

"Simple, budget-friendly, clean, and convenient. Only 4 min walk from a subway station (line E). Located in a nice area. Many good restaurants and bars around. The Greenacre park is across the street with beautiful waterfalls and a cozy cafe. Room is very small, basic, but quiet, comfortable, and functional. I would stay again."

"Amazing omg, i honestly loved it, i did more exploring than staying in my room but it was clean and perfect and it’s also very quiet"

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Natalie @ front desk made the difference as she was very kind, accommodating, helpful and always w/ a smile! Location wise this hotel is in a prime location, smack in middle of everything walking distance! Do reoxmmend room w/ 2 double beds as they’re slightly bigger in size!"
