"Advised the hotel we would arrive late, when we got there we were advised our rooms had been on-sold. NO pool even though it is advertised as having one! NOT close to the beach/sea even though advertised as being so. No English speaking staff on duty, even though advertised as being so. Filthy rooms. A TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION AVAOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. "

"Very nice hotel. Staff were friendly but struggled with communication. Don’t know of any good restaurants near by. Not too far from train station. Breakfast was a very good selection. Laundry service was very fast and inexpensive! Close to museums and shopping! I did manage to find a nice place nearby with a garden style."

I enjoyed speaking with both of them about the local area and they gave me some good tips on what to do. They were also keen to help me to provide great customer service!"
