The hotel's cleanliness and safety were impressive. However, the lobby area felt overwhelming due to a large group using profanity and lounging in the space, which security did not address. I found the room's price to be reasonable. Offering complimentary water or beverages would enhance the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this property."

"Stayed here years ago and happy I chose it again (after a first night at a "zero stars" competitor.) Close to all the theater performances I was attending and subways I needed. Love a room with fridge and microwave,though "kitchenette" is mis-leading. You need to bring your own plates, cups, utensils if you plan to eat in your room. Large room, luggage storage helpful for early arrivals, late departures. "
