"My stay at Pine Lodge Hotel was simply outstanding from start to finish. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations — the atmosphere, the service, the comfort, and the overall experience were all truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. The entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. Every detail has clearly been carefully thought out, creating a place where you can genuinely unwind and feel at home. Everything was amazing — I honestly couldn't find a single fault. It's rare to find a hotel that delivers such a consistently high standard in every aspect, but Pine Lodge Hotel does exactly that. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay, and I will definitely be returning again very soon!"

"The room was great as always, other than the window being unsealed so we could hear outside very clearly. The ugly: The first night was great, but unfortunately the rooms around us were so loud and drunk on the 2nd night that, after hours of complaining to front desk (and them coming up to ask them to quiet down, repeatedly) we had to move room at nearly 1 in the morning. Staff were apologetic, but it would've been nice if we'd had our room changed earlier so we could get a nights rest, and the staff wouldn't have had to run up and down stairs for hours. Everything else: Other than the loud neighbours, we can't fault the place. Amazing food, lovely staff and clean facilities. Super comfy beds and all round our favourite place to stay."

"Worst bed I have ever slept in."

"Dated room, looking very tired and dirty. Only decent rooms are the ones newly refurbished (and even those are partly refurbished, the shower head, doors etc are old). Rooms are only superficially cleaned, if you open curtains or look at the tv cable or boardings they are covered in filth. Food at breakfast was burnt and the restaurant food was well below and decent pub average. Sauna did not work, only steam room did. Only decent thing is the pleasantly warm swimming pool but even this did need better cleaning, there were hair all the floor. Lastly, except one gentleman at the reception the other team members were not pleasant or polite. "

"Stayed here for 3 nights over bank holiday. The place is so nice. Lovely staff. Very attentive there is a bar, cocktail bar, restaurant, rooms all greatly decorated. Food very great. Would definitely stay here again"
