"Hotel has great potential. Great location, views are amazing. The rooms should be updated, modernized. Decor and layouts are very 80s.
If they update the rooms the hotel would be amazing."

"One star off for wifi not working the last day of my 3 day stay. Otherwise very comfortable and clean. Ideal location for exploring this wonderful town."

"Maria, our host, was amazing and communicated quickly and was very attentive. We absolutely loved the house, from the secluded, almost private beach to the large pool and sitting areas. The BBQ was great for cooking some of our own meals. "

It's a quiet little hotel in a very noisy beach town.
No TV, good AC. Good curtains to block both noise and lights when we need to rest.
Sparkling pool.
You fix your own coffee, there is a common use kitchen with essentials to store, fix your own eating habits, clean after you use any utensils.

We highly recommend this hotel!! Our stay at Palacio Borghese was great! The location is extremely convenient and walkable! Just steps from the wonderful Santo Domingo church! Lots of amazing dining options around! The staffs are exceptional at this hotel! We received a warm welcome and felt cared for throughout out stay! We are so thankful to the hotel for allowing us a early check in as we were extremely exhausted after a long journey. They offered us free juices/water/coffee time to...

The best service I’ve ever had in a hotel - anywhere. My husband and I arrived sick - they literally walked us to our room, called doctors, brought us water and bread (the only thing we could keep down), and frequently checked on us. We healed quickly with their help.
Another plus - individually controlled AC. We were able to have a very cold room to heal and relax in.
Also get the rooftop massages, book in advance.

This was our first stay at Kymaia, and we were blown away from the moment we arrived. The staff welcomed us with such warmth and care, and the little touches—like refreshing popsicles on a hot day—immediately set the tone. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for truly unwinding.
Our room was absolutely breathtaking—open, minimal, and thoughtfully designed with unique details throughout. It felt like a space intentionally created to help you disconnect from the outside world. The shower...

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Azul. The hotel design is impressive and the location is perfect (easy walking distance to all tourist attractions in town, but just far enough off the main tourist strip to be a bit secluded). My only quibble with the building is that I found the bathroom layout awkward. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had an early departure on the last day and had a few issues as the arrangements we had made re: taxis and breakfast were...

A Tranquil Oasis in Bustling Puerto Escondido....
Casamar Hotel isn't just a beachside stay; it's a gateway to relaxation. 3 min walk to zicatela's shores, the hotel's lush gardens and charming apartments provided a haven from the vibrant energy of Puerto Escondido.
Beach Bliss: The sand and surf are practically at your doorstep, making it easy to catch sunrise strolls or sunsets.
Tropical Tranquility: Forget the formality of traditional hotels. Casamar's unique apartments, each decorated with...

Great location with restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Beautifully designed rooms look just like the photos. A/C unit is the TV area only. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. This wasn't an issue for us since it was cool during our stay. Staff is extremely responsive.
We had an incident where the family in the upstairs unit parked 2 large vehicles in the courtyard. This disappointed us since our space was specifically marketed as "outdoor space, pingpong table". It became such a...

Besides the property is almost new and the service is very good, the employees are way too kind there is a need to improve restaurant services, variety and peices.
There is no way to charge $150 MXP for an order of french fries while a Club a sandwich costs the same. No relationship. No logic.
For breakfast there is no option rather than to take the buffet. Sometimes you don't want to take it since you just want to have a coffee and toast.
Some other details such as lights (too white during...
