"This place is 10/10! The food was great! Asiana & Rincon Mexican were our favs! The staff goes above & beyond! Reyes the bartender was our ALL TIME FAVORITE! Find him — you will not be sorry! The pools were a little chilly but great vibes around them & when the sun is shining they feel good! Yummy drinks! The beach was beautiful! The staff & service is phenomenal! The location of the resort is perfect — just steps away from 5th Ave & blocks away from the ferry to Cozumel! All good things!! Can’t wait to go back!! "

"Beautiful resort.Only thing was it is huge so an extreme amount of walking.There should be a tram and benches so you can at least sit down to rest.Food was pretty decent.Was there for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it."

"My stay at Riu Palace Las Americas was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were very clean, and the views were amazing. Everyone worked hard to make sure guests were comfortable and enjoying their vacation. "It was a great stay for an affordable all inclusive. Our 5 year old was happy with the water park. Beach side pool area was great. Likely best to not go during peak times. Overall would recommend."

"Very clean room, we had a junior suite. Bathroom door is a shuttered door, not a solid door. There were no wash cloths. Only 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels. These are minor issues. We were next to our pool. Our room didn’t look over the pool or ocean but it is a quiet resort. Staff are wonderful and food was great. Many different restaurants to choose from. You need to book specialty restaurants 1-3 days ahead. But still all inclusive. It was a great vacation."
