Beautifully appointed mansion in the heart of Case Western Reserve, virtually next door to the art museum and botanical gardens. A fine french restaurant, Albatross, is 100 yards away. Rooms are clean and very quiet; good breakfast included.

Everything, and I mean everything, proved to be exceptional in quality and professionalism, especially the host Leon's continued efforts at ensuring complete satisfaction. We loved the property, it was beautiful. The nearby business was awesome as well. Our cabin was wonderful. We all loved it. It is a dry area so if you want a beer or wine bring it with you or pick it up on your way there. Beautiful country, beautiful cabins, wonderful times.

I was very pleased with Hotel Versailles - everything was amazing! Customer service, kindness of staff, welcome feeling immediately ,my Room was above average and especially clean .(which does not happen much any more at most National brand hotels - I travel a lot for business-) Hotel Versailles was immaculate! Very clean property

I thought the property, facilities and services were excellent. No complaints whatsoever.

We had a wonderful stay. 3 day weekend. Our room was great, we had a hot tub room. I highly recommend that. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The pillows were not so great. Breakfast was very good, smiling, friendly staff, good food. My one complaint, the coffee was horrible. I don't want you to think I'm a coffee snob, I drink Folgers. This was the worst coffee I've ever had, it took away from the whole experience. If they served decent coffee, it would be near perfect!

Such a great hotel. I loved the style and historical pictures. The rooms are spacious and offer a great view of the airport to watch planes landing and taking off.

Staff members were warm, welcoming and friendly. Property was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Breakfast in hotel was very nice. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed.

All staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The Hotel was new, so everything looked clean and fresh. The bar staff were fun to converse with. The cocktails were well made. The wine list was small and could use some work. Even the Valet was personable. Staff allowed us to meet with friends in the lobby area and socialize while sipping some wine. We had a good stay.
