"We three persons stayed for two nights in a corner room, room is spacious even though added a bed. Location is convenient. Recommend staying in the hotel."

"Wonderful stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka. The location was excellent, but what truly stood out was Sho at the concierge desk. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. His service made my experience in Osaka even better. Sho is a true asset to the hotel"

"Freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Familienzimmer mit abgetrenntem Bereich für ein Doppelstockbett. Überall grandiose Aussicht. Badewanne. Kleines Bad mit allem, was man benötigt.

"Very well presented hotel attached to a metro station, so good transport options. The room was a good size, clean and the air conditioning and heating worked well. There was a good range of items at breakfast. It did get very busy at breakfast at later times; staff tried hard to keep everything topped-up, but there could be things missing. Another coffee machine or keeping the filter coffee topped-up would be useful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Room was very nice and we loved having the Franke coffee machine. The location was good, close to Dotonbori."

"Great choice"
