"It’s a decent place to stay. Quiet, peaceful and close to a few interesting places. The breakfast wasn’t all that, hence don’t expect much. The staff were helpful and friendly. The towel given to me had makeup stains, cobwebs in the bathroom and it was dusty as well. If you just want to stop by and to a night rest, it’s a decent place to stay. Again, don’t expect much, just a decent place."

"Ich hatte extra das Zimmer mit der Blumentapete reserviert, hatte dann aber eins mit Sonnenuntergang. Da es schon spät war, wollte ich nicht mehr darauf bestehen. Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr nett, seine Frau auch. Sehr hilfsbereit. Sie haben die fehlenden Blumen wieder wettgemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad war neu gemacht, was man so gar nicht erwartet hätte. Im TV konnte man ganz viele Sender auswählen, auch Klassiker, Oldies und dergleichen. "Location was near to the Millerstown Park for Riverwalk and nearby Duncannon with great ice cream shop. we enjoyed the Millersburg ferry crossing the Susquehanna River near Liverpool. Please visit Little buffalo State Park for nice walking trails and the lake with boating. very small hotel room had wonderful recessed ceiling lights, brilliant light for reading!"

"Had a quick overnight stay while our son and his family camped at the state park nearby. Location and lodge was perfect for our needs. Joy (owner)was welcoming and provided us with a delicious home cooked breakfast. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful view from balcony, lovely wood cabin. Our issues were with inconveniences like 4 small bath towels for exactly 4 people (became a problem when a child accidentially dropped one on the floor), a mini fridge vs a normal size fridge, 2 cereal bowls provided but 4 people eating cereal (made breakfast awkward). Also, be careful if you have small children or people with bad balance because the railing has huge space that a child can easily fall under and get very hurt. Overall, it was a very...

"The property exceeded our expectations! The host answered questions in a timely manner. We stayed for a girls basketball tournament weekend. The girls and parents all had such a great time! The beds are all comfortable and the kitchen is fully loaded. The hot tub is devine and the parents all left wanting a Miele coffee system of our own. Nobody wanted the trip to end. Five stars does not do the property or host justice!"

"All was done very well - cleaning, host property owner who lived near by, location to our needs. The shower was very small for my 6'5 husband to use. The A/C was not working so they accomodated with portable floor models which we did need. It was workable. All was furnished and done very well."

"Dave was very accommodating and responsive. The house was gorgeous and was perfect for our girls weekend! We absolutely loved the coffee bar and the front room with the couches overlooking the property. The house was extremely clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, towels, shampoo, spices, etc. We had a great weekend!"

"Exactly as pictured. Immaculately clean. Lovely outdoor area that is very peaceful and quiet. For 4 bedrooms, the living area is small, which doesn’t matter if you plan to be outside but would be a consideration for poor weather or a larger group. The steps inside are very steep, which was fine for us but guests with any physical limitations or small children should just be aware. It is a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Communication with the host was wonderful, we had a hard time finding the driveway and at 9:30 PM, he came out to guide us. The property was great, better than expected. Would stay here again for sure!!!Close to Carlise for the auto show. Thanks for the hospitality"
