Great property. Food was ok. Staff was very helpful. Hot water for showers. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beach. The room walls/doors are thin. Could hear the lady next door taking on the phone and heard every word. Shampoo/soaps provided. Bed was comfortable. There were lots of kids in the pool always. Had a nice gym for the gym rats like myself! Would recommend.

I absolutely loved this place! Staff were so helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean. We loved that is just a few steps away from town. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend it and coming back

The room itself was clean, but it was labeled as a partial ocean view room that is on the first floor about four feet from the parking lot, and the only way you could see the view is if you had the curtains open so that everyone saw into your room and if you were looking over the hedges to see the ocean. Otherwise, fantastic location, nice room, and enjoyed our stay. Plus the cleaning was phenomenal.

We stayed here for a quick 4 night get away. We have many travels under our belt, and must say this resort was in our top 5. We usually stay at 5 star hotels from Tahiti to Ireland, and several caribbean islands and Mexico. We saw this hotel on the front cover of an islands magazine over a year ago and my husband said he wanted to be in that exact spot the model was, where ever it was. This place is amazing! We were glamping right next to the Puerto Rico Botanic Gardens. The tent was clean with an amazing private bathroom and a very nice bathtub! All the tents have a mini refrigerator, dishes and utensils, a microwave and a front porch. We had a great night listening to all the night creatures, like the coqui. There is a very nice pool. The owner was very helpful and nice. It includes a great breakfast with fresh fruit. There is a dog in the property that is super adorable!

The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.

Everything was perfect.

ROOM SIX WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND JUST 12 STEPS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH. THE ROOM WAS NOT LUXURIOUS, BUT IT WAS JUST FINE. THE RESTAURANT SERVED GREAT FOOD AND DRINKS IN THE AIR CONDITIONING OR OUTSIDE ON THE BEACH. STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

Excellent, will be back again. However there was fatalities with drownings in back of hotel off Condado beach, have to be extremely cautious with swimming due to waves, rip tides and under tow.

This is a very nice small boutique hotel in a super location to experience Old San Juan. A good part of the charm is the city itself loaded with historical sites, great eateries, shops and bars and the Villa Herencia is right in the middle of all this.
